I'm a design strategist and researcher who has worked on customer experience and innovation projects in healthcare, finance, urban planning, and organizational change, among others. Working through problems with a balance of intuition and analytical thinking, I am able to understand situational complexities and draw connections quickly. I'm inquisitive, adaptable, a natural leader, and at my best when collaborating with others.
Born and raised in Evanston, IL, I've since lived and played in Maine, Colorado, Michigan, and Senegal. Prior to entering the world of design, I studied psychology and American culture at Colby College and worked in qualitative market research. I geek out over personality psychology and Spike Lee films, and am thrilled when anyone is willing to talk to me about either.
I'm currently a Strategic Design & Innovation Senior Manager at Doblin / Deloitte Digital in Chicago.
